QAI drives global excellence in quality through education, training, and accreditation.

Its philosophy is based on the realisation that the power of collective intelligence and shared best practices is paramount in guaranteeing perpetual quality improvement. From an operational perspective and to ensure independence and transparency of operations, QAI was structured into multiple verticals, which are parallel but independent. Each of the divisions has its governance, processes, and goals based on the general mission and vision of QAI. QAI was conceptualised and continues to operate on an international level to bridge the gap between local expertise and international standards. All programs and partnerships of QAI are geared towards creating a robust global quality community driven by continual improvement. CAHSC is part of QAI and focuses on Accord and CoPs. Its work involves accrediting and certifying hospitals, clinics, social care institutions, and Allied services. CAHSC ensures that the entities meet accreditation standards to benefit the patients and beneficiaries.
